Pitcher provides a sales enablement and field execution platform used by enterprise commercial teams, including organisations in regulated industries such as life sciences and consumer goods. Protecting the commercial, customer and personal data entrusted to us is a core requirement of that role, not a secondary concern.

Our Information Security Management System is certified against ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and we maintain a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation, both assessed by independent external auditors. Our security programme is continuously monitored, and covers access control, encryption in transit and at rest, secure software development, vendor and subprocessor management, business continuity and disaster recovery, and independent penetration testing conducted at least annually.

We process personal data in line with the EU GDPR. AI-assisted functionality is optional and is assessed within our risk and vendor management processes, and our EU AI Act readiness work is ongoing. Where AI features are enabled and user-facing, users are informed that AI is in use.
